Quality Assurance and Project Management with EU Funding
Over the years, we have supported various projects through quality assurance roles, project management support and the preparation of legislative proposals. We have participated in the day-to-day support of IT system implementations and in the preparation of complex documentation, including feasibility studies, system designs, functional specifications and testing documentation.
Professional Support for the Introduction of the PNR System in Hungary
During the implementation of Hungary’s Passenger Name Record (PNR) system, we provided quality assurance services and developed guidance materials for airlines, thereby supporting the work of the Ministry of Interior. We also contributed to the preparation of presentations, guidelines and documentation in English.
System Analysis Related to N.SIS II
Under the External Borders Fund, we prepared a feasibility study examining the operational experience of the N.SIS II system, identifying optimisation opportunities, and defining directions for its future development.
Legislative and Strategic Advisory for the Ministry of Interior
Since 2018, we have supported projects under the Internal Security Fund and the Border Protection Fund on behalf of the Ministry of Interior. Among other activities, we prepared a study assessing options for the Hungarian implementation of large-scale EU information systems such as SIS, VIS, EES, ETIAS, EURODAC and ECRIS-TCN. Our work has also included reviewing draft legislation, preparing legislative proposals, speaking at conferences and delivering presentations.
Participation in the Hungarian Implementation of the EES System
On behalf of IdomSoft Zrt., we prepared administrative system design documentation for the Hungarian adaptation of the European Entry/Exit System (EES). We also participated in system testing and the development of functional specifications and user manuals. Throughout the project, we actively supported the development team with administrative consulting.
