Application
Once you have submitted your CV and cover letter, and we believe you could be a good fit for our team, we will contact you by both phone and e-mail.
HR and Professional Interview
Our selection process consists of several interview rounds, during which you may meet the head of the relevant business unit as well as members of our HR team. We prefer meeting candidates in person, although online interviews are also available. The process typically includes two in-person interviews. During the final round, one of the company’s owners will also be present to get to know you.
HOGAN Test
Following the interviews, we will send you a short personality assessment (HOGAN). In certain cases, we may also ask you to complete a practical assignment so that we can better understand your professional skills.
Management Interview
At the end of the recruitment process, selected candidates receive a written job offer. We hope to welcome you to our team soon.
