healthcare\u2019s specialised and critical infrastructure is particularly important because the security of the data stored within it directly affects both patient confidence and the ability of institutions to operate.\nThe project established a unified, centrally regulated IT service framework that supports legal compliance while standardising IT operating standards throughout the sector.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-0\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-0\" type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"vc_controls\">UNCODE.initRow(document.getElementById(\"row-unique-0\"));<\/script><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-parent=\"true\" class=\"vc_row row-container\" id=\"row-unique-1\"><div Implementation<\/span><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>The NHA ITS project presented a unique challenge, as only 66 working days were available to complete the entire assessment, analysis and documentation process.\nDuring this period, the project team carried out comprehensive and detailed on-site assessments, analysing the IT infrastructure of 16 hospital institutions.\nIn addition, NIS2 GAP analyses were conducted at 17 institutions, identifying security gaps and opportunities for improvement.\nThis rapid yet comprehensive approach enabled the project to be completed on time and to a high professional standard.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_child col-lg-6 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light animate_when_almost_visible alpha-anim\" data-delay=\"200\" data-speed=\"1000\"><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell double-block-padding style-color-103735-bg  unradius-hg\" ><div class=\"uncont\" ><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><h2 class=\"h2\" ><span>Innovative Solutions for Sustainable IT Security<\/span><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>One of the project\u2019s key achievements was the integration of a previously underutilised open-source application to establish a central configuration management database.\nThis solution significantly simplified the previous manual, Excel-based system and ensures that records of healthcare institutions\u2019 IT infrastructure remain current, transparent and easy to manage.\nThe resulting central system fundamentally strengthens the sector\u2019s IT security by enabling faster response and more efficient oversight.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row row-internal row-container\"><div class=\"row unequal row-child\"><div class=\"wpb_row row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_child col-lg-6 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light
