The project not only ensured continued regulatory compliance but also significantly improved operational efficiency and strengthened the organization\u2019s information security posture.<\/p>\n<p>As one of Hungary\u2019s leading telecommunications service providers, MVM NET Zrt. delivers nationwide network and IT solutions to the public sector, defence organisations, and the energy industry. MultiContact Consulting provided a dedicated team of consultants with expertise in project management, information security, process improvement, business analysis, and software development.<\/p>\n<p>Particular emphasis was placed on:<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"uncode-wrapper uncode-list\" >\n<ul>\n<li>extending the Information Security Management System to cover core business processes.<\/li>\n<li>updating the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan.<\/li>\n<li>analysing and documenting critical business processes.<\/li>\n<li>conducting a comprehensive enterprise-wide risk assessment.<\/li>\n<li>designing a dedicated access rights management framework and supporting governance model.<\/li>\n<li>rationalising and harmonising development and operational policies and procedures across the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>The project was delivered in accordance with PMI and ITIL principles, supported by a combination of on-site and remote workshops, structured stakeholder communication, and executive decision-support activities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_child col-lg-6 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light animate_when_almost_visible alpha-anim\" data-delay=\"200\" data-speed=\"1000\"><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell double-block-padding style-color-103735-bg  unradius-hg\" ><div class=\"uncont\" ><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><h2 class=\"h2\" ><span>Results<\/span><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>The project delivered the following measurable outcomes:<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"uncode-wrapper uncode-list\" >\n<ul>\n<li>Involvement of 40 employees from MVM NET Zrt.<\/li>\n<li>Completion of 96 structured interviews, representing a total of 192 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Development of 48 regulatory and process-related documents.<\/li>\n<li>Creation of 22 process procedures and 12 work instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Introduction of 5 new internal policies.<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of 100% governance coverage across technical domains.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of a fully functional, custom-developed access rights management system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>As a result of the consulting engagement, not only was the ISO 27001 certification scope successfully extended, but the organisation\u2019s internal operations also became more transparent, structured, and effectively governed. The long-term sustainability of the project outcomes was supported through staff and management training programmes, as well as dedicated workshops.<\/p>\n<p>MVM NET Zrt. expressed a highly positive assessment of the collaboration, which subsequently led to further consulting engagements based on the successful results achieved.<\/p>\n<p>This project serves as an excellent example of how a regulatory compliance initiative can be transformed into a strategic opportunity for operational improvement and organisational
