Strategic consulting connected to the developments of our partners, is an important element of our services. In this context, we actively contribute to the development of project ideas and support the preparation phase of the project.
With our experience and expertise we contribute to the following:

  • feasibility study examining the political, economical-financial, legal, technical and environmental circumstances of the project;
  • ensuring compliance with corporate level strategic objectives;
  • expert preparation of the sponsorship possibilities of the project.

During the preparatory phase we support:

  • stakeholder analysis;
  • detailed design of the targets;
  • preparation of project time scheduling, detailed financial and resource plan.

In addition, we take the main steps of the risk management, and contribute to the formation of the necessary internal organisational arrangements, to the preparation of operating procedures of the project and to the design of the exit strategy.


  • financial controlling services; To ensure high quality support of our partners’ projects we undertake the operation of a Programme Management Office (PMO).

During its operation, the PMO provides:

  • continuous monitoring of implementation of developed plans;
  • measuring the fulfilment of quality requirements;
  • efficient operation of internal and external communication processes.

In the PMO establishment phase we identify the range of tasks to be performed, the competence of the PMI and the proposed level of organizational embeddedness, considering the organizational and cultural values of the partner enterprises and applied operational mechanisms.
Our important tasks furthermore:

  • administrative support of the project managers;
  • preparing reports for the senior management;
  • development of document templates and methodologies for the project organisation;
  • preparation and compliance to the project documentation order.

After the physical implementation of the project, we support with our high level expertise the fulfilment of project closure tasks, the appropriate dissemination of the results, and the coordination and collection of experiences gained during the project.
